Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

TICKET ORDERS - cancellation policy

Bookings for the show are made in real time. When you purchase tickets in real time, it means they can't be sold to other customers. Ticket sales are therefore non-refundable. They are however transferable (e.g. friends of yours can use them).

In the event of unavoidable reasons for cancellation on your part, please contact us as soon as possible to see whether we are in a position to issue refunds or offer tickets for alternative dates.

This decision will be at the entire discretion of the booking office and will be based primarily on whether we have turned away other bookings for the date you have purchased tickets for.

Please note:
There are certain banking charges for online orders which are unfortunately non-refundable.
Therefore, if a refund is agreed to, there will is a non refundable element of 4 euro per ticket.

In the very unlikely event of a show being cancelled, we will of course issue a full refund for any tickets purchased or offer tickets for an alternative date, whichever is your preference.
Management reserve the right to refuse admission.

MERCHANDISE ORDERS
You are entitled to cancel your order for merchandise and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, excluding the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed. Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.
